One visit.
A connected path through care.

Follow the handoff from one person to the next. Choose a stage to see the work, the role, and what happens next.

Responsible role: Front desk

Start with the person, not another form.

Register a patient once, with a hospital-specific record number. Their profile gives the front desk a starting point for booking and the next visit.

Next: Appointment

The registered patient can now be linked to an appointment.

  • Prescription entries and patient-facing summaries
  • Review and sign each completed consultation

Signed records are immutable in the current release; clinical amendments are not yet supported.

Appointments & patient flow

Bring registration, doctor availability, appointments, and the waiting queue into one outpatient workflow.

Connected care.
Considered boundaries.

Sharing a workflow should not mean sharing every piece of information. Aarogyam Flow applies access rules to the account’s hospital, role, and relationship to the patient.

Access suited to the role

Doctors work with assigned patients. Patients access their own information. Platform operators have separate hospital-management controls.

A boundary around clinical notes

Private internal notes are excluded from patient-facing summaries. Hospital administrators and platform operators do not receive clinical notes through their APIs.

A record of hospital actions

Audit records include actor and time details for supported actions and access events, giving administrators a way to review activity.

Plan a focused evaluation
Who is Aarogyam Flow designed for?

Aarogyam Flow is focused on hospital outpatient departments and clinics coordinating appointment-based consultations. It connects front desk staff, doctors, administrators, and patients. Inpatient wards, pharmacy inventory, and insurance claims are outside the current scope.

Can we try the product before deciding?

Yes. The product tour on this page shows the workflow and real workspace screens with fictional records. The local demonstration workspace also offers role-specific demo accounts. For a hospital evaluation, first agree on the workflows, users, and deployment requirements you want to test.

Does Aarogyam Flow take online payments?

Aarogyam Flow records externally confirmed cash, card, and UPI collections against an invoice, including partial payments. It does not move money or connect to a payment gateway in the current release.

Can doctors and administrators see every patient record?

Access depends on the account's hospital, role, and relationship to the patient. Doctors access their assigned patients and their own consultations. Patients see their own signed summaries and prescriptions. Hospital administrators and platform operators do not receive clinical notes through their APIs.

Can you migrate our existing data or connect our lab?

Existing-data migration needs a separate assessment and implementation plan; a general import tool is not included. The current lab feature records test requests. External lab results, pharmacy systems, and other integrations need additional implementation and validation.

How much does it cost?

Pricing has not been published. An evaluation should establish hospital size, required workflows, deployment, data migration, training, and support before a commercial proposal is agreed. No subscription, support commitment, or implementation timeline is implied by this demonstration.

Is the software ready for a live hospital deployment?

The current release is a working outpatient MVP for demonstration and controlled evaluation. Production infrastructure, recovery procedures, clinical workflow acceptance, and applicable privacy requirements need validation before using real patient data. No regulatory certification or guaranteed service level is claimed.
